Masculine Interior

Right at the entrance the masculine ambiance is created by the charcoal leather wallpaper. The room has a Scandinavian style tree coat rack and a nude leather bench under the window.

The entrance has access to the powder room, study, stairs to the second floor and an open area of living, dining and kitchen.

The contemporary look of the stairs is supported by the glossy walls, a stylish and practical solution for the house with children.

The powder room is located to the left from the entrance door. We chose golden mural as wallcovering to add drama to a tiny space.

Despite the small size the room has everything needed in a modern WC, including a storage cabinet under the sink.

To the right from the entrance there is an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The corner sofa is facing a wooden niche designed to create visual interest to the white walls and to hide communication and electrical cables. The back of the wooden niche is decorated with black leather to absorb the TV set.

The set of 2 round coffee tables is easy to relocate to different corners of the sofa.

Masculine Interior

The dining area has a big live edge dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The door frame to the terrace is decorated with beautiful cocoa colour marble.

The kitchen is visually separated by the island with a cooking range and a powerful fan installed above it. There are plenty of storage and all necessary equipment hidden in the cabinets and island.

Masculine Interior

Normally laundry rooms look like hospital or technical facilities, often neglected by the owners. We wanted to create a ”happy” laundry room with a big splash of yellow semi-gloss paint. But not to worry the masculinity here is backed by the glamorous black and white marble tiles.

The room has access to the backyard, so it has a functionality of the mudroom as well. The shower screen can be used occasionally by the staying guests and daily for washing pets.

The room has a linen closet, WM and DM, sink and storage cabinets under it.

Masculine Interior

This multi-functional room has several purposes. It serves as a study during the day, as a game room for children in the evenings and as an occasional guest room for friends’ overnight stays.

The bookshelf creates a visual separation from the entrance and provides privacy of the home office.

The room has 2 doors: one to the entryway and WC and the second one to the laundry room with the shower.
